She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Skelton and Ruth Black Skelton; and her brothers, Gene Skelton, James Skelton and Mack Skelton.
She is survived by: her spouse Sammie Hightower of Seneca; her sister Nellie Holcombe of Walhalla; her nieces and nephews, Holly, Ben Holbrooks, James, Keisha Skelton and Gene Skelton, Jr.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter Holbrooks, Morgan Holbrooks, Zoey Holbrooks, Aubrie Skelton, Khloe Skelton, Oliver Skelton and Jared Skelton.
