He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Mauldin LeRoy of Seneca; and his parents, Rev. Samuel P. LeRoy and Vernell Vissage LeRoy. He is survived by: his children, Thomas David LeRoy, Jr. (Maria) of Hartwell, GA, Diane Vaughn (Mark) of Seneca, SC and Elaine Hiler (Ray) of Seneca, SC; and his sisters, Joan Bryson and Shirleen Dover. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
