Tylman Redfield Moon Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tylman Redfield Moon of Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Lavonne Moon of Seneca; his daughters, Catherine Avery Ribar (David) of Atlanta, GA and Christina Robinson Moon of Durham, NC; his grandsons, David Tylman Ribar (Christina) of Durham, NC and Matthew Karol Ribar (Melanie) of Washington, DC; his great grandchild Rose Lucia Ribar of Durham, NC.; his stepsons, Scott Grove (Patty) of Salem, SC and Todd Grove (Jackie) of Lake Stevens, WA; and his stepgrandchildren, Kelly, Lauren, Sarah and Nicholas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to either the University of Virginia School of Architecture Annual Fund or the Seneca Presbyterian Church.
