She was predeceased by: her parents, John Franklin Head and Ethel M. Green Head Henry; and her brother J. C. Head. She is survived by: her children, Michael Nicholson (Stacey) and Barbara Gaines (Ricky); her siblings, John Head (Betty), Tom Head (Nancy), Dale Head, Daniel Henry and Nancy Bennett (Terry); her grandchildren, Crystal Gaines, Austin Gaines (Tasha), Sierra Nicholson, Dakota Nicholson and Zach Nicholson; and her sister-in-law Judy Head. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
