She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Kellett and Mary Kellett; her son David Kellett Maslow; and her sister Sandra Gooch. She is survived by: her husband Jim Maslow; her children, Brian, Crystal Maslow, Rebecca, Bill Arceneaux, Elizabeth and Jeremy Adams; her grandchildren, Jordan, Wendy Arceneaux, Madison, Spencer Shaw, Zoe Adams, Rose Adams, Anna Ruth Thomson, Josiah Thomson and Jonathan Thomson-Maslow; and her siblings, Tommy (Anne Kellett), Michael Kellett, Jimmy (Patti Kellett) and Beth Kellett.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family would like for donations to be made to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (4500 Cooper Road Suite 204 Cincinnati, OH 45242).
