She was predeceased by : her parents, Christopher Wich, Sr. and Gloria Williams Wich Olsen; and her half-sister Marsha Wich McCanless. She is survived by : her husband L. Roy Taylor; her children, Rebekah Taylor Whitmire (Norman) and Timothy Stephen Taylor, Sr. (Rebecca); her sister Tammie Matlack; her half-brother Christopher Wich, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Bertha Taylor Denard and Levoy Bankson (Wanda). She is also survived by nine Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Chestnut Creek Baptist Cemetery (12050 Co Rd 24, Verbena, AL 36091).
