She was predeceased by : her husband William Claude "Bill" Rodgers, Jr.; her parents, Wister Eugene and Maude Allen Knight; and her brother Roger Knight (Sherry) of Anderson. She is survived by : her son Paul Rodgers (Cindy) of Simpsonville; her sisters, Catherine Jones (Webster) of Greenville and Frances Chapman of Pickens; her grandchildren, Dana Rodgers and Amber Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Brianne Rodgers and Jaxon Paul Bryant.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Greenville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (7784 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673).
