He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Threlkeld and Bonnie Threlkeld; and his siblings, Herbert Threlkeld, Harold Threlkeld and Betty Lou Brickle.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg Threlkeld (Wendy) and Kevin Threlkeld (Kaydra); and his stepdaughter Brigitte Simpson (James "Scooter"). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
