She was predeceased by: her husband James Ligon Dunaway Jr.; her parents, Paul Graham and Yolanda DeCarvalho Graham; and her son James Michael Dunaway. She is survived by: her daughter Reagan Baker; her son-in-law Ryan; her grandchildren, Cam and Bella Grey; her siblings, Tricia Canford, Angela Roper, Paul Graham, Christopher Graham, Julie Vaughn, Brian Graham and Sue Graham; and her pet Annie Oakley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Southeast Chapel (1604 NE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McCall Hospice House, 1836 W. Georgia Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29680, as the compassionate staff went above-and-beyond to care for both Helen and her family with continuous commitment and care for over two weeks.
