She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carlisle and Mary Carlisle. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Dunn, Jr.; her children, Thomas Dunn III (Sandy), Cheryl Parker (Daniel) and Susan Meeks (Bill); her grandchildren, Stephanie Lozowski (Kevin), Kevin Dunn, Kevin Meeks, Brian Meeks, David Parker and Jimmy Parker; her great grandchild Vivian Lozowski; and her brothers, Ed and Tom Carlisle.
Since Joyce was a 28 year survivor of breast cancer, her family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Susan G. Koman Foundation (https://www.komen.org).
