Phil left this world on July 9, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Byrne and Sally Byrne; and his brother David Byrne. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Byrne; his children, Monica Holmes (Mike), J. T. Byrne and Nicholas Byrne (Lauren); his grandchildren, Landon and Hannah Holmes; and his siblings, Kris Jones (Jimi), Greg Byrne (Ann), Mike Byrne (Michelle) and Steve Byrne.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Southeast Chapel (1604 NE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681).
