Genelle Horne Owens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Genelle Horne Owens of Six Mile, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Horne and Beulah Horne; her husband Monroe Owens; and her daughter Sheila Malmgren. She is survived by: her son Stanley Owens (Cindy); her grandson Kyle Patrick Owens (Caroline); and her caregiver Amanda Rhodes (Alan).
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rock Springs Baptist Church (201 Rock Springs Rd, Easley, SC 29642).
