He was predeceased by: his father W. D. Willard. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Agee Howard-Foster (Hugh) of Pickens; his daughter Hope McClintock (Cole) of Central; his siblings, Rhonda Nichols (Charlie) of Lexington and Jason Griffin of Six Mile; his grandchildren, Harper and Willard; his former wife Jessica Counts Willard of Seneca; and his stepfather Steve Howard of Pickens. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
