He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Kinard and Annie Lyons; his son Hubert Norman Kinard; and his siblings, Myrtle and Harry Kinard.
He is survived by : his wife Peggy Kinard; his daughters, Sandra Smith and Lisa Kinard; his granddaughters, Shelbie Ashe, Ashley Pauls, Mackenna Ashe and Angel Pauls; and his brother Darwin Kinard.
