He is survived by: his parents, John Wesley Moore, Jr. of Lexington and Lynn Squires Welch (Wayne) of Ridgeville; his wife Tracy Lyons Moore of Smoaks; his children, Cody Moore (Payton) of Blackville, Ashlyn Peters (Joshua) of Smoaks and Gabriel Lyons of Smoaks; his grandchildren, Emilyn Peters, Gavin Peters and Wesley Moore; and his sisters, Terri Schultz (Scott) of Charlotte, Caroline Robinson (James) of Lexington and Fran Hallman (Darby) of Lexington.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel (2515 Low Country Hwy, Ehrhardt, SC 29081). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brice Herndon Funeral Home, Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel (2515 Low Country Hwy, Ehrhardt, SC 29081).
