He is survived by: his wife Cathy Dover Lipsey; his son Kevin Lipsey (Carly); his grandchildren, Leah Lipsey, Jade Lipsey and Kristopher Owens; his great grandchildren, Aaron, William Kosmos, Dakoda, Ryder, Rory Gay and Kane Bledson; and his siblings, Steve Lipsey (Pam), Dennis Lipsey and Brenda Winchester.
