She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Hartmann and James Hartmann; her significant other Dan; her son Eric Evan Thomas; her siblings, Elvina Miller, Mary Swofford and Jimmy Hartmann; her brother-in-law Jerry Bechtold; and her great grandchild Jameson Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Emlyn Thomas, Julie Moore, Cara Slattery and Lisa Giaimo (Christopher); her grandchildren, Emily Knight (Nick), Madison Slattery, Jacob Slattery, Thomas Giaimo, Evan Giaimo, Nicholas Giaimo and Ava Thomas; her great grandchildren, Adaline, Campbell and Harrison Knight; her sisters, Rosie Scheib (Gary) and Gloria Hake (Kent); and her sister-in-law Sheri Hartmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made in memory of Ann to Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Hospice Home in appreciation of their kindness and exceptional care for patients.
