With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertil William Rolander (Spartanburg, South Carolina), who passed away on May 24, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ragner Peter and Lydia Liedblad Rolander; his spouse Clare Barbara Donner Rolander; his son Barry Rolander; his daughter-in-law Nancy Rolander; and his brother Herbert Charles Rolander.
He is survived by: his children, Renee R. Douglass (Walter) of Spartanburg, Kevin C. Rolander of Spartanburg, Brett P. Rolander (Brenda) of Springfield, VA and Dana E. Rolander (Missy) of Phoenix, AR; and his daughter-in-law Anne W. Rolander of Modest Town, VA. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
