He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sherman; his son Seth Moore (Jaime); his grandchildren, Steven and Miriam; his son Benjamin Moore (Laura); his grandchildren, Saley Kellam (Mason), Malone, Hadassah and Hazel Mae; his son Elijah Moore (Olga); his granddaughter Anastasia; his daughter Madeleine Boutan (Christian); and his grandchildren, Calvin, John-Pierre and Camille.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for memorial contributions made in Charlie's memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the Special Olympics, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
