She was predeceased by: her parents, William B Martin and Florabelle Cooper Martin; and her daughter Leslie Muzzy Bice. She is survived by: her husband Robert Elmer Muzzy; her son Christopher "Chris" Alan Muzzy; her adoptive daughter Lisa Smith Thompson (Ronald T.); her grandson Nathaniel James Muzzy; her sister Helen Marie Morris; her pet Lulu Marie Muzzy; Shannon O'Farrell Barwick (Josh).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for memorial contributions made in Constance's memory to St. Paul United Methodist Church or the Spartanburg Humane Society.
