He is survived by: his spouse Terry Lynn Power Dubay; his stepfather Ruben Huerta of California; his children, Daniel Lee Dubay, Jr. and Daniella Dubay of Florida; his siblings, Thomas Dubay of California, Stephen Huenta of California, Terry Dent (Gary) of California and Kristie Dubay of California; and his grandchild Adrian Dubay.
