McCall; his daughter Julie Moore (Rickey) of Boiling Springs; and his grandchildren, Olivia Brundage, Kevin Christopher Brundage (Chris) and Josh R. Moore. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

“Dan was a great Marine and served with Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Marines in Vietnam in 1966/67. This was his first of 3 tours in Vietnam I believe. He was able to gather with many of those Marines & Corpsmen that he served with from Delta Company in Whitewater, CO in the early 2000's and enjoyed every minute of it. During the following years he keep in touch with many of the Marines and Corpsmen on both the internet and by phone. We will all miss you my friend, Semper Fi. Schroder..”
