It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Hoyle Strickland (Spartanburg, South Carolina), who passed away on March 31, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cheave Strickland and Clara Alley Strickland; his wife Linda P. Strickland; his daughters, Pam Donald (Tim) and Jill Morris (Brian); his grandsons, Ben Morris (Caroline), Nathan Morris (Tori) and Kevin Morris (Gracie); his great grandchildren, Liza Morris, Cade Morris and Mack Morris; and his sisters, Carol Harrison (Wendell) and Amelia Harris (Ronnie).
