She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Frank; and her parents, Lex Emory and Cynthia Smith Emory. She is survived by: her children, Sam, Cynthia Frank of Greensboro, N. C., Cindy Ruchin (David) of Snellville and Georgia; her grandsons, Bryan and Andy Ruchin; her grandchildren-in-law, Lauren and Jennifer; and also, Maya, Monroe, Layla and A. J..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Care Committee, Temple B'nai Israel, 146 Heywood Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
