He was predeceased by: his parents, George Emanuel Cunningham II and Phyllis Jean Longo Cunningham; and his siblings, Gerald Cunningham and Cheryl Anne Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Anne Merriotte (William Merriotte), Ryan Alexander Francis Cunningham (Kelly Marie Newell) and Emily Elise Cunningham (Nicholas Simmons); his grandchildren, William "Bryson" Merriotte, Mason Merriotte, Liam Merriotte, Lucas Merriotte and Gwen Elise Cunningham; his close friend Brenda Lipscomb; the mother of his children Elise Ann Zimmer; and his aunt Theresa Jane McDevitt.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donohue Funeral Home (8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Laurence Church (8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082).
