He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Arlen Lowe and Patricia Gail Wright; and his brother Stacey Lowe. He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Bailey (John); his grandchildren, Owen Bailey, Addie Bailey and Easton Bailey; his brother Bryan Lowe; and the mother of his child Vickie Hayes.
