He is survived by: his wife Mary Shugrue Miller of Spartanburg; his children, Alicia Miller Erickson (Kurt) of Jefferson City, Michael Miller (Lara) of Memphis, Anne Johnson (Don Biggs) of Carbondale, Dede Mayor-Mora (Enrique) of Midlothian and Courtney Tuttle (Adam) of Oakland; his grandchildren, Margaret Erickson (Joe Brown), Nell Erickson, Patrick, Peter, Mary Miller, Zachary Johnson (Stephanie), Madeline Johnson, Emily Johnson (Evan Webb), Isabelle, Lucia, Gabriel, Harry Mayor-Mora, Taylor, Ava and Charlotte Tuttle; his great grandchild Willow Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine Topf (Denny) of Windsor and Richard Shugrue (Nancy) of Denver, Colorado..
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Paul the Apostle Historic Catholic Church (161 N Dean St, Spartanburg, SC 29302).
