He is survived by: his children, Pollie Gentry of Moore, SC, Shirley McKissick of Spartanburg, SC, Joyce Sims of Spartanburg, SC and Henry Sims; his brother Elder James W. Henderson (Odessa) of Simpsonville, SC; and his aunt Dorothy Beasley of Spartanburg, SC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
