He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Potts Guy; his children, Jeff Guy (Dawn) and Julie G. Taylor; his stepsons, Frankie Collier and Michael Collier; his grandchildren, Raven Guy, Megan McCall (Breman), Dru Guy, Daphne Guy, Austin Taylor, Hayden Taylor, Delaney Guy and Daelyn Guy; his great grandchild Henri Watkins; his brother Edward Guy; Eula Rode, Geraldine Zawacki (Leonard) and Barbara Grenier.
