He was predeceased by: his parent Bulah Morgan; his son Randy Girardeau; and his siblings, Perry, Tom, Ray, Ed Morgan and Lena Umberger.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Morgan; his son Lewis Morgan (Terry); his grandchildren, Robbie Morgan, Lindsey McDonald (Grady) and Christopher Girardeau; and his great grandchildren, Payton Carter, Skarlett Carter, Cheyenne Carter and Arthur Girardeau.
