He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gribbin and Majorie Allman Gribbin. He is survived by: his wife Verna Dunker Gribbin; his children, Virgil Gribbin (Shary), Sharon Welch (Terell), Todd Gribbin (Mary Anne) and Ross Gribbin (Jackie); and his pet Maverick. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
