He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Floyd Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Mabry Lowe of Spartanburg; his daughters, Kayse Lowe, Kallie Lowe and Kristen Lowe; his siblings, Joey Lowe of Spartanburg, Johnny Lowe of Spartanburg and Lynde Bledsoe of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Elsi Yaroshenko, Ava Lawson and Deshaun Jeffery Lawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
