Alberts of Boiling Springs, SC; his siblings, Bern Alberts (Kay) of Wisconsin and Don Alberts (Carolyn) of Wilmington, NC; and his sister-in-law Carol Alberts of Wisconsin.
In his final act of kindness, Jack chose to contribute to future medical research by donating himself to the Duke Anatomical Gifts Program, a testament to his selflessness and desire to help others even after his passing.
