He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dallas Newman, Sr. and Addie Rose Newman; and his spouse Jean Kimsey Newman. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Jill Judy (Perry) of Spartanburg, SC; his sister Katherine Perryman (Bill) of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Anna Christine Judy, John David Judy and Joseph Benjamin Judy. He is also survived by one great-grandson on the way, and a number of nieces and nephews.
