He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elmer Worthen, Jr. and Ann Seymour Bate; his wife Susan E. Goar; and his sister Polly A. Worthen. He is survived by: his daughters, Ami (Jason Krekel) and Jennifer; his brother Thomas B. Worthen (Sherbie); and his sibling's children, Charlie, John, Sam and Sidney Worthen.
