He is survived by: his mother Lynette Gray Waddell Brannon; his sons, Keith Vincent Foster, Jr. and Victor Lamont Foster (Tori); and his siblings, Noah Jeffrey Brown, Kenneth Lee Brown, Eddie Tremain Brown, Noah Brown, Travis Bradford and Stephanie Brown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great- grandchild.
