He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Tolbert and Marie Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Greene Tolbert; his children, Craig Tolbert and Paige Tolbert Bear; and his siblings, Jerry Tolbert and Deanna Tolbert Cobb. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
