He is survived by: his children, Vince Seay, Tracy Garrett (Dale) and Robin Cathcart (Paul); his grandchildren, Nicole Mathews, Travis Tucker (Kandi) and Trey Cathcart (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Makaila, Aidan and Madeline.
