She was predeceased by: her husband Michael McCoy; her parents, Roy Lee Phillips and Mary Scruggs Phillips; her daughter Lisa Swanger; her granddaughters, Summer Hyman and Mary Logan Wilson; and her brothers, Robert Phillips, Johnny Phillips and Charlie Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Shanda "Shae" Calvert; her siblings, Dane Lee Phillips (Sarah) of Gaffney and Brenda Davis (Gary) of Gaffney; her grandchildren, A. J. Chitwood, Haley Chitwood, Brianna McCarter (Todd), Jacy Littlejohn and Samantha Calvert; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Lilly Hyman, Jaxon, Sophia Cardenas and Samantha Calvert.
