He was predeceased by: his father Randy Harvey; his stepfather James Moore; and his brother Dusty Harvey. He is survived by: his close friend Kelly Harvey; his mother Elizabeth Wells Moore of Virginia; his children, Levi Harvey of Buffalo, SC, Kayla Crocker (Nicholas) of Poquoson, VA, Hayle Myers (Roger) of Spartanburg and Brystle Harvey of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Rylan Crocker, Hadleigh Crocker, Krew Crocker, Knox Crocker and Maggie Myers; and his grandmothers, Erlene Harvey, Gloria Wells and Annett "Mama Net" Ketz.
