He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cullen Simpson Gaffney and Betty Jo West Newman; his grandparents, Naomi West, James Gaffney and Jesse Mae Gaffney; his stepdaughter Rinika Lowrance; his sisters, Katina Green (Toraze), Regina Gaffney and Genesis Newman; and his grandfather Earl "Jack" West Jr.. He was also cherished by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
