She is survived by: her children, William Harold Ragan, Jr. (Ann) and Ann Ragan Clark (Paul); and her grandchildren, William Tyler Ragan (Caitlin), Katelyn Elizabeth Ragan, Mary Ragan Clark and William Paul Clark. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
