He was predeceased by: his parents, Ioannis Kopsiaftis and Trissoula Kerhoulas; and his siblings, Panayiota Diangikes, Demetra Siarris, William Copses (Bill) and Dina Georgas.
He is survived by: his son Pano; his wife Voula; his sister Eleni Kiriazis; his sister-in-law Loula Copses; his children, Trissie, John and Dino Copses (Meg); his grandchildren, Parras Black (Ray), Olive Copses and Luca Copses; his nephew America; and his caregivers, Barbara, Donna, Faye, Jennifer, Kim, Lisa, Liz, Sharon and Pete. He is also survived by cousins, nieces.
They soon partnered with the Stathakis family to open the Sugar and Spice, a classic 60's drive-in diner, where "Mr. Pete" worked for nearly 60 years, reluctantly retiring from his lunch shift due to Covid 19.
