He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Evans and Jessie Duffy Evans. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kay Gibbs Evans; his stepchildren, Heather Nicole Reynolds and Jeffrey James Anderson; his grandchildren, Hailey, Tobias and Gavin; his great grandchild Harper; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Evans and Louise Evans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
