He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wallace Harris and Ethel Jeter Harris; and his siblings, Thomas Jeter and Jimmy Lee Jeter. He is survived by: his children, Cierra Moore of New Castle, DE and Cameron; his grandchildren, Yamia Brown, Senai Brown, Nevaeh Randall, Cameron Moore Jr. and Nyair Fierro; his great grandchild Ya'Lanni Brown; and his siblings, Patricia, Ethel, Judy, Muriel, Irene, Linda, Monica, Noah Harris and John.
