He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Jean King Duncan; his mother Margie Willis McMahan; his stepfather Thomas McMahan; his father Thomas Duncan; and his siblings, Thomas Irvin Duncan and Vicki Lee Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Mandy Michelle Grant (Adam), Audrey Casey Shan Howerton (John) and Robert Matthew Duncan (Desiree); his grandsons, Caleb Grant (Willow), Ethan Grant (Rebecca), Jackson Scruggs (Jordyn), Evan Grant, Aiden Duncan, Mason Duncan, Peyton Duncan and Lawson Duncan; and his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Pratt, Asher Howerton, Logan Howerton, Grayson Howerton, Ivey Howerton and Alaina Daring.
