She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Henry (Cosgrove) and Jack Henry; and her siblings, Doug Henry and Bobbie Cosgrove. She is survived by: her spouse Eddie Phelps; her sons, Brandon Phelps (Casey) and Andy Phelps (Alison); her siblings, Jackie Henry, Jr. (Doris) and Linda Booker; her grandchildren, Jordan Easler, Chance Phelps, Eli Phelps and Tate Phelps; and her great grandchildren, Ila Easler, Xander Easler and Ace Easler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
