Hughey; her parents, James Francis Turner and Iris Mae Emory; her granddaughter Stephanie LaVonne Hughey; her great grandchild Stephanie Marie Bailey; her siblings, Ruby Strong (Elbert), Vera Mae Edge (David), John Vester Turner (Betty) and James R. Turner (Patty); and her brothers-in-law, Joe Horne and Ralph Cathcart.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Hughey, Jr., Steve Hughey (Susan) and Sheila Seifert (Harold) of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren, Brandi Bailey and Steven Hughey (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Bailey, Aiden Haygood and Jamey Hughey; and her sisters, Eleanor Doe Horn of Bluffton, SC, Mary Louise Gaines (Ted Gaines) of Greenville, SC, Iris Elaine Leonard (Carl) of Moore, SC and Barbara Cathcart Mosley (John) of Lyman, SC..
