Ratliff; her brothers, John Ratliff of Spartanburg, SC and Rocky Ratliff of Rock Hill, SC.; and her children, Elizabeth Ann Fenner of Spartanburg, SC, Christopher Andrew Fenner of Lawrenceville, GA. and Liam River Fukuda Fenner.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Methodist Church (1320 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A procession was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
