He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Raymond and Era Williams (Disher). He is survived by : his wife Pat Williams; his children, Jacob Raymond Williams (Erin), Casey Lea Thompson (Kevin), Michele Pegorari (Paolo) and Windy Ball (Todd); his grandchildren, Aidan, Ethan, Wade, Cooper, Henry, Margaret, Samuel and River; and his siblings, Danny Williams (Ann) and Janet Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews also survive along with extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the North Georgia Honor Guard or to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Ted.
